LALCV’s Smith-Weiss Environmental Champion Awards

You’re invited to join us to celebrate our 2011 honorees:

Our theme this year is Green Innovation: Growing California’s Future. And we’ll toast all the dedicated, LALCV-endorsed candidates and elected officials who continue to provide environmental leadership across LA County - including our most recent City Council winners:  Pasadena’s Jacque Robinson, South Gate’s Jorge Morales, West Hollywood’s Abbe Land, and LA’s Paul Krekorian, Tom LaBonge, Herb Wesson and Mitchell Englander.

As always, the event will include plenty of time for casual conversations with many of the most interesting elected officials and environmental and community leaders from across Southern California - plus good food and drinks in a beautiful backyard setting.

Tickets are available online at LALCV.org for $75, and will be $85 at the door. (Student tickets are just $35.) Even if you cannot attend, please consider a donation:  Since LALCV’s work is done by our volunteer Board of Directors, all donations go toward our unique mission of electing pro-environment municipal leadership across Los Angeles County.
